Pizza express in Wurzburg

Worst delivery service in Würzburg! So I would like to share my experience with this "delivery service". After I ordered a noodle combination with a drink, the drink was forgotten, everything is good, but I have to wait 2 hours for a drink ... well. I called this morning directly just to be yelled at by the Asian telephone speaker with little respect and knowledge of German and let the police rush me on my neck. Because of what? Because I didn't have a drink and I was told on the phone that there was no time and no driver available. So I ordered 4 drinks for the minimum order value to see if that's true because it sounds very suspicious and only paid one. Last but not least, I was told that the way the employee talks on the phone is normal, because he speaks the same way internally with the employees. What?!?!? Then I don't put someone like that on the phone! Never again I advise anyone against this delivery service Customer satisfaction equals 0 !!!

The citizen was worse than at megges and what kind of fries were that ?! Just disgusting. They tasted like feet. The noodles weren't anything special either .. I expect more from a restaurant!

As a customer, I am very satisfied with the taste, quality and price of the pizzas ordered so far. Once I was picked up, however, I was a bit shocked under what conditions the staff works. Ordered pizza. Waited an hour. Called. Apparently it won't take long. After another hour I stopped waiting, nobody answered the phone. Dear owners, you should be ashamed of yourself. Better to cancel if you don't have time or something. Perhaps it was better that way, experience has shown that the pizza from Pizzaexpress was only an emergency solution, otherwise everything was closed.

Pizza was ready 10 minutes after I ordered it, it tasted good and the price was right. So I cannot complain.

Worst customer service in a long time: I called and asked when my food was coming, the call was received unkindly and without greeting, the driver also unkind, even said that I shouldn't order any more (!!!) because he was unable was to dial my number or write me an email. Last but not least, the peanut sauce was more reminiscent of kaba or syrup ... will follow the supplier's advice: do not order!

Took 1:15 hours for delivery instead of the 45 advertised, we had to call three times to get the delivery.

In the past, I was really convinced of the Pizza Express. The opening times are good. The pizzas are there in reasonable time. The prices are absolutely fine. But if the supplier is rude, does not even thank him for a lot of tips, keeps talking on the phone and the pizza looks like that, it does not help. Have not even got such a pizza! We speculated she might have been dropped with the cardboard ... Hopefully, because if the pizza came out of the kitchen, that would be crazy. It was OK. Nix dolles but not bad either. Portions are huge. Everyone is sure to be full. The staff are friendly.
